Live GFree Whole Grain Bread

Finding a good gluten free sandwich bread is a difficult task to undertake. How is the flavor? Is it too crumbly? What about the texture— is it gummy or cakey? Is it so dry you feel like you’re going to choke? How big is the slice? This one checks my boxes. I toast the bread whenever I eat it and have been pleased with it. My favorite part of this bread is the size— gluten free bread usually runs on the smaller size but this bread is the same size when compared to sandwich breads with gluten.
