
May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month! I recommend taking five minutes to educate yourself about Lyme Disease (but if you have more time you can go down some rabbit holes about it, it’s actually pretty crazy). This graphic points out some preventative steps you can take, what to do if you find a tick attached, and symptoms to watch out for. Not everyone gets a bullseye rash and ticks can carry other infections too, so that’s why it’s so important to be proactive. I know this isn’t a sexy/cool/fun rec but it is so important to me
