Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (2001)

The Philosopher’s Stone isn’t my favorite movie from the Harry Potter franchise, but in terms of the Wizarding World, I think it does a great job with setting the foundation for some of the more whimsical elements. Maybe this is all my nostalgia talking, but I really love Harry Potter. While it does have some poor visual effects, it is also exciting to watch the movies evolve, get darker, and more complex.
